Teaming up with PitBox91 for social activation

In late 2020, the team pitched alongside partner agency PitBox91 to help run the social media channels for Dunlop Moto on a year-long retainer for 2021. The scope of work involves a complete Facebook & Instagram strategy, assisting PitBox91 with planning social media content – based on topical themes and following direction from the client.

Social media graphics

We helped design, and create bespoke graphics, as well as short-form social media videos, all to exact specification from the PitBox91 team and client. This, coupled with copywriting and scheduling lets us post quality content. To monitor this content, we attend weekly client meetings alongside the PitBox91 team – available to update and make changes as required.

Social media management

The team manages an advertising budget to boost social media posts, in line with the broader content strategy – balancing a combined organic/paid advertising strategy. To assess performance, the team produces monthly reports on social media statistics to check insights for growth. We also conduct social listening to gather detailed information on campaigns and trends. In addition, we work with PitBox91 to create quarterly reports which help us take learnings from the ever-changing social media landscape and we then use these learnings to optimise our social strategy. Keeping the channels up-to-date with new trends and algorithms.

A new brand identity

We frequently provide the client with social media expertise, which assists requests from pan-European and local marketing teams. Moreover, we developed a YouTube strategy with PitBox91 to provide video support on their channels.

To develop the Dunlop Moto channels, we helped build a whole new brand identity in Q1 – Just Ride. Helping them out with new visuals, messaging and a social media strategy based on the launch. The new brand attitude improves Dunlop’s premium status in the marketplace with distinctive positioning that drives rider demand. The messaging reflects a charismatic attitude, with an implicit feeling of tyre safety and reinforcement of Dunlop’s passion for riding – giving riders the confidence to Just Ride.
