Momentum is primarily a motorsport-oriented agency meaning most of our client work happens within motorsport. This means the majority of our clients are championships, sponsors, racing drivers and teams. These include projects with the BTCC, Motul, Thomas Ikin and Arden Motorsport. We also have commercial clients in the engineering, manufacturing, and perfume industry. So, when consulting on a project, there are various stages in the process. If you need help activating a project, event, or service, then read on…

Initial talks

Our first point of call is to have a detailed meeting either in person or over Zoom to get to grips with your brand, your goals and sales direction. We’ll do this in order to introduce ourselves, our services and initiate next steps. Given that we offer a full-scoped service, no brief is too big or too small. We aim to work as close as possible to the available budget – tailoring various packages is possible to ensure we give you the flexibility to bolt on specific services as and when you need them.

Project presentation

Upon a fruitful meeting, the team will go away and build a project deck that entails your brief and our services, along with an in-depth plan of action with strategic development points in each section of the presentation – showing you what, how and why certain actions are put forward, as well as what we’ll do to ensure KPIs are met and how we’ll go about results analysis. The packages available will be outlined here as bronze, silver, and gold for you to scope the level of service required to meet your goals. Once you’ve picked a package, we can then move into tailoring your scope of work.

Scope of work

Once we have discussed your needs and our services and you’re happy to proceed, we will then build a scope of work document that formally outlines the discussion from our meeting and presentation in specific action points, sectioned categorically to help streamline the job elements and costs associated with each task. Within this document there’s budget outlines for your perusal, alongside key project information. Once you’re happy, we can sign off the scope of work document and begin to make the magic happen.
